This meter got very little use(maybe a handful of times) and is in great shape as you can see by the pictures. Comes with the original rubber protective case and leads which are also in great condition; and while I don't have the original owners manual I have contacted Mac Tools and got the file sent to me which I can print or email(your choice), so I guess I do have the owners manual.:- )
